AI-powered management for modern law firms — built to deliver legal services at a speed that simply wasn't possible before.

LexGear OS weaves artificial intelligence into the day-to-day running of a law firm — working alongside lawyers as an assistant on every case: reading documents, drafting opinions, surfacing what matters. Work that once took days now takes a fraction of the time, and the lawyer's attention goes where it should: strategy, execution and representation.

Smart intake, live cases

A prospective client describes their situation and the case comes alive inside the portal — the legal team picks it up already equipped to draft, refine and examine every related document in the finest detail.

Case management, end to end

Every matter carries its status through the firm's real workflow — inquiry, consultation, signed, execution, closed. Tasks attach to cases and roll into a permanent history; a shared calendar keeps deadlines visible. Each case is a single source of truth.

The commercial engine

Introducers and business developers are tracked against the matters they bring in, with commissions calculated and paid out transparently. Finance is built in — revenue, expenses, overhead and a live profit-and-loss view, without a spreadsheet in sight.

Built around the firm's hierarchy

ArmaGear was founded by two operators who have built, reformed and led organisations at national scale — one from economic leadership and communications, one from finance, energy and fintech. That combination is the reason ArmaGear thinks like management first and technology second.

A former Minister of Economic Development of Georgia and Chief of Staff to the President, George led national economic reform that took Georgia to the World Bank's #1 global economic reformer. He drove the country's first worldwide investment campaigns — attracting record foreign direct investment — and later ran Georgia's largest private TV network as CEO. Two decades of strategy, crisis management and leadership across government, media and enterprise.
